Somerset Academy Wellington is a tuition-free public charter school for kindergarten through eighth grade at 1000 Wellington Trace, in the middle of the village; Palm Beach County’s address records place the campus in Wellington. The School District of Palm Beach County sponsors it; it has its own governing board and no attendance zone. Its about page says the first students started in August 2019 and that it weaves dance, visual arts, music and theater into core classes, using an arts integration model from the Kennedy Center.   • New families start with the online application interest form for the student’s incoming grade, then complete the new student paperwork for that grade.
  • Returning students fill in the re-enrollment form.
  • The pre-K 3 and 4 program, called Cubs Preschool on the site, charges tuition; kindergarten through eighth grade is free.
