Wellington’s bakeries are spread out. Johnson’s Custom Cakes is on Forest Hill Boulevard in the east end, Panera Bread is on Forest Hill near the mall, three bakery counters are inside The Mall at Wellington Green, and TooJay’s deli-bakery is on State Road 7.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Wellington’s village limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 10, 2026. We added places found through their own websites and The Mall at Wellington Green’s own store directory, and checked every address against the village boundary. Many bakeries are licensed by the state agriculture department, not the restaurant division, so the state’s restaurant records miss some; tell us about any we have missed. The list is alphabetical. Auntie Anne’s is a soft pretzel counter at the mall, in Suite 107A with a second kiosk. The mall’s directory lists hand-rolled sweet and savory pretzels, pretzel dogs and lemonade.

Cinnabon is a cinnamon roll bakery counter at the mall. The mall’s directory lists cinnamon rolls, coffee and frozen drinks and gives the phone number above, which it shares with the mall’s Auntie Anne’s.

Johnson’s Custom Cakes on Forest Hill Boulevard makes custom wedding cakes, cupcakes and desserts, according to its site, and says its bakers and decorators work with each customer on the design. Its hours are Tuesday to Saturday, and it says the bakery counter is open Thursday through Saturday.

Panera Bread is a bakery-cafe chain on Forest Hill Boulevard. Its location page would not load for us; the state licensed and inspected it at this address in September 2026.

TooJay’s Deli, Bakery, Restaurant at Wellington Green Commons is a deli and restaurant with a bakery, from a chain that dates to 1981. It is open every day.

Wonder Sweets Bake Shop at the mall designs custom cakes for birthdays, weddings and themed parties, including letter cakes, and sells pastries and other desserts, according to the mall’s directory.
