Wellington’s Mexican food sits in two groups: sit-down cantinas and fast-casual chains on State Road 7 near The Mall at Wellington Green, and taquerias and cantinas on Forest Hill Boulevard and Wellington Trace. Taco Bell’s drive-thrus stay open latest.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Wellington’s village limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 10, 2026. We added places from the state’s restaurant license records and checked every address against the village boundary. Places marked “no website found” or “page could not be loaded” are here because the state licensed and inspected them at that address in 2026. We dropped two map entries: La Fogata, whose suite on Forest Hill Boulevard now holds Rivales, and a Tijuana Flats on Wellington Trace that has no state license there; that chain’s nearby store is in Royal Palm Beach. Casa Tequila is a Mexican restaurant in the plaza at 12795 W. Forest Hill Blvd. We could not find a website of its own; the state inspected it at this address on Oct. 5, 2026.

Chipotle Mexican Grill on State Road 7 is a fast-casual Mexican chain, open every day from 10:45 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Mole Cantina Mexicana on State Road 7 says its founders opened their first restaurant in New York City in 1991 before coming to Wellington. Its site describes an outdoor patio, margaritas made with 100% agave tequila, mariachi on Fridays, Taco Tuesdays and weekend brunch.

Moe’s Southwest Grill on State Road 7 is a Tex-Mex chain for burritos, tacos and nachos, open the same hours every day.

Rivales Taqueria & Craft Bar has restaurants in West Palm Beach and Wellington. Its site lists tacos, burritos, quesadillas and salads, a full bar, live music and pickup catering. The hours and phone number on its site are shared by both locations; the phone above is the one it lists.

Taco Bell on State Road 7 is the later of the village’s two Taco Bells. Its page lists the drive-thru open until 3 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights.

Taco Bell on Wellington Trace has the same menu of tacos, burritos, quesadillas and nachos, with a drive-thru open until 1 or 2 a.m.

Talkin’ Tacos is a taco chain at 10140 Forest Hill Blvd. Its own site would not load for us; the state inspected it at this address in June 2026. Call or check its site before you go.

Tulum Mexican Cuisine on Wellington Trace calls itself a family-owned Mexican restaurant. Its site lists sizzling fajitas, molcajetes and margaritas, shows patio seating, and offers dine-in, takeout, private events and catering.
