Alacruz Grill says it is built around a 15-foot custom open-fire grill, cooking asado style; it takes reservations through OpenTable from its website and runs special “quincho” dining experiences listed there. Agliolio has two Wellington dining rooms, at Wellington Trace on Forest Hill Boulevard and at State Road 7 and Stribling Way, and takes online reservations. Devine Bistro describes itself as a classic American bistro in front of The Mall at Wellington Green, carrying on the recipes of the late chef Dave Palmateer; its events and specials are on its site.
