Parking, the shuttle and golf carts

Parking at the park is limited. The village asks guests to take the free shuttle from The Mall at Wellington Green, sponsored by the mall, which leaves from the Palm Tran bus stop near Macy’s from 2:30 p.m. If you drive, arrive early and carpool.

Golf carts, e-bikes and e-scooters must be parked on arrival near the covered roller hockey rink in lot B and cannot be used inside the event, on the fields or on the walking path. The village’s micromobility page has the rules for riding them around town.

What to know

  • Age limits: the Haunted Hallways have strobe lights, fog, loud noises and power tools and are not recommended for children under 10. Children must be 12 to go through the Hallways or ride the hay wagons without an adult.
  • Pets: none, except service animals.
  • Cash: some vendors and food trucks take cards, but the village suggests bringing cash.
  • Quiet room: a KultureCity Quiet Area in the Village Park gym, rooms 2A and 2B, with free sensory bags to borrow.
