Where it is

The preserve covers most of southern and western Wellington: the ranch land south of Pierson Road down to 50th Street South, crossed by South Shore Boulevard, 120th Avenue South and Lake Worth Road, plus Saddle Trail Park and Paddock Park No. 2 on the west side of the original village north of Pierson Road. A separate piece, Little Ranches, sits in the north of the village near Wellington Trace.

The village’s overlay district divides it into sub-areas, which it describes this way on its map layer:

See our Wellington International guide for the winter show season. On the address layer, 97% of residential addresses here are single-family houses, many on ranch lots with barns.
