Wellington’s summer runs on two things: the village’s All-Day Summer Camp at Village Park and the Wellington Aquatics Center. The pool switches to summer hours on Memorial Day, May 31, 2027. The village had not posted 2027 camp dates or fees by Oct. 10; this page shows the 2026 schedule, which is the best guide to what comes next, and we will update it when registration opens.

How to sign up: registration is online through the village’s recreation catalog and needs a CivicRec account. Add every child to your account before registration day; you can do that in person at the Village Park gym. The camp listing does not appear in the catalog until registration opens. After paying, complete the camper information packet; the village says a packet without a paid receipt does not hold a spot. Some cases, such as a 6-year-old going into second grade, need a call to 561-791-4005 before registration opens.

Pool rules worth knowing

  • Children under 13 must be with an adult, and parents must stay within arm’s reach of any child who cannot swim, life jacket or not.
  • NinjaCross and the high dive need a 48-inch height and a 25-yard swim test.
  • No coolers or outside food, no glass and no alcohol. Coast Guard-approved flotation devices only; no toys.
  • The pool closes for bad weather, and if the water drops below 75 degrees. There are no rain checks or refunds.

Swim lessons are run by the village; see its page for sessions.

Splash pads and water play

The village’s facility list has no stand-alone splash pad. For toddlers, the Aquatics Center’s zero-depth entry pool with its play structure is the closest thing. More outdoor ideas are in kids’ activities.
